1. Nature of the service

We are a private, independent company offering a paid assistance service for the preparation and submission of travel authorization applications for Saint Lucia. We are not a government agency, we are not affiliated with the Government of Saint Lucia, and our fees are separate from and additional to any official government charges.

You may apply directly through the relevant official government channels without using our service.

2. What we provide

Our service includes reviewing the details and documents you supply, extracting and formatting your data, preparing your application, submitting it, and keeping you informed of its status until a decision is issued.

3. No guarantee of approval

The decision to grant or refuse a travel authorization rests solely with the competent authorities. We cannot influence, accelerate beyond stated processing times, or guarantee the outcome of any application.

4. Your responsibilities

You confirm that all information and documents you provide are true, accurate, complete and lawfully yours to submit. Applications containing inaccurate or fraudulent information may be refused, and we accept no responsibility for consequences arising from such information.

5. Fees and refunds

The service fee is displayed before payment and is charged for the professional work of preparing and submitting your application. Where an application is refused, the fee is refunded less a non-refundable administrative charge as stated at the time of application. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

6. Processing times

Indicative processing times are provided in good faith and depend on the authorities. They do not form a contractual commitment. You are advised to apply well before your intended travel date.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with the service is limited to the amount of the fee you paid. We are not liable for travel costs, missed flights, accommodation losses or other indirect or consequential losses.

8. Intellectual property and acceptable use

The content, design and materials on this website belong to us and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or submit documents belonging to another person without their consent.

9. Governing terms

By submitting an application you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms; the version published on this page at the time of your application applies to it.
