Privacy Policy

How we handle the information you share with us.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by an independent, privately owned travel documentation service. We are a commercial company that assists travellers in preparing and submitting applications for travel authorization to Saint Lucia. We are not a government body and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Government of Saint Lucia or any of its departments.

2. Information we collect

To prepare an application on your behalf we collect the information you provide directly: your full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number and expiry date, a photograph of your passport bio page, a personal photograph, your intended travel and return dates, your reason for travel and a valid email address.

We also record limited technical information such as the date and time of your submission and the status of your application, which is necessary to process and support your request.

3. How we use your information

Your information is used solely to review, prepare and submit your travel authorization application, to communicate with you about its progress, to process your payment and to respond to support enquiries.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

4. Sharing

Information is shared only where required to deliver the service: with the relevant immigration authorities when submitting your application, and with our payment processor to complete your transaction. Payment card details are handled entirely by the payment processor and are never stored on our systems.

5. Storage and security

Documents and photographs are stored in private, access-controlled storage. Access is restricted to authorised personnel who need it in order to process your application. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections.

6. Retention

We keep application records for as long as necessary to provide the service, to allow you to verify your document, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to those obligations.

7. Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate details, or ask us to delete your records. Requests can be made through the support channel on this website and will be answered within a reasonable period.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page is the version in force. Material changes affecting existing applications will be communicated by email.
